Memo: Rebuttal to Arguments Against Adoption of Proposed Resolution
March 11th 2005,

From From Alan M. Dunn and William A. Fennell of the Washington DC-based trade law firm Stewart & Stewart.

Rebuttal to the MPAA’s arguments against the adoption of the proposed resolution by the Burbank City Council. This rebuttal was written to show the Staff and Council Members of the Burbank City Council that the MPAA’s statements are flawed and from a perspective of “Trade Law” how the MPAA has misrepresented itself. In doing so, the memo strengthens FTAC’s arguments for the Burbank City Councils support of a 301a petition.

Memo - April 23rd 2004,
From Alan M. Dunn and William A. Fennell of the Washington DC-based trade law firm Stewart & Stewart.
This 3 page memo shows that a "Special 301", that is used by the MPAA, is the same as a "Section 301". (301a petition)
FTAC is using the same trade law "The Section 301" (301a petition) to end the outsourcing of our American film workers jobs. (runaway production)
A "Special 301" (MPAA) and a "301a petition" (FTAC) relies upon the same "identical" Section 301 for any potential enforcement actions that may be taken to address the problems.
